ROGERS, AR - Generations Bank honored one of its longest-serving full-time employees, Pam Newton, who recently celebrated her 40th anniversary with the bank. Generations Bank celebrated Pam honoring her dedication and thanking her for her four decades of loyalty to the company. Pam first began her banking career in 1984 on the front lines as a teller. During this time, what would later become Generations Bank was still Calhoun County Bank. Pam moved into the role of branch manager in 2003, where she has faithfully served her customers since. Pam has recently announced her plans to retire in June of 2024. Karen Rauls, current Universal Banker in Hampton, will succeed Pam as Hampton Branch Manager.

Generations Bank underwent a rebranding in 2016 to pay homage to the generational leadership in the bank. Pam is a strong example of that as she has worked with four generations of the Harrell family. "Pam has a tremendous passion for the Hampton community and its citizens. Pam embodies the core values that have helped Generations Bank to be a community leader for 117 years and counting," said Jon Harrell, CEO and Chairman of the Board for Generations Bank. “I am excited for her that she is entering the next phase of her life."
